The Art of Nyama Choma

Nyama choma — literally “burnt meat” in Swahili — is more than a dish. It's a ritual. A reason to gather. A celebration of simplicity done exceptionally well.

At Enkipai, we source our meat from local Narok farmers, marinate it in our house blend of spices, and grill it slowly over open flame until the edges char and the inside stays tender. Served with fresh kachumbari salad, ugali, and a cold Tusker, it's the meal our guests remember long after they leave.
